Katie is originally from Ashburn, Virginia. She is a May 2026 graduate of St. Olaf College, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music and studied organ with Catherine Rodland. During her time at St. Olaf, Katie was a member of the St. Olaf Choir and St. Olaf Handbell Choir, and worked as a church music intern at St. John’s Lutheran Church. Outside of music, Katie loves reading, knitting, and spending time outdoors.
