Harvest Home Concert: A Midtown Thanksgiving

November 2021

20nov7:00 pm 8:00 pm Harvest Home Concert: A Midtown Thanksgiving

Event Details

The annual Harvest Home Concert is Redeemer’s musical celebration of Thanksgiving, a quintessentially American holiday. The concert is designed to appeal to a broad audience, including people from the community who might not attend a church service, and features the Redeemer Choir, Canticum Novum, Carillon Ringers, and Redeemer’s own soloists and instrumentalists.

Joining us this year will be the Trey Clegg Singers, a community chorus aptly described as a “Chorus of Cultures” who sing about reconciliation, equality, and unity, embodying Robert Shaw’s encouragement to “Use music for the greater purpose to bring equality, make music serve humanity.”

The concert will include seasonal favorites, reflecting with gratitude for resilience during our pandemic experience, hope for our gradual return to public life, and optimism that we can build a beautiful city for the future.

This 15th annual concert will be in-person for a limited audience but live-streamed to all at Redeemer.org and HarvestHomeConcert.org during and after the concert.
