The pandemic has impacted our lives causing various levels of prolonged stress. How do we cope? How can our faith support us? While stress is a part of life, there are practices, many of which have deep roots in the church, that offer support and connection. Join Pastor Jenny to learn about the roots of mindfulness in Christian tradition and practice mindfulness techniques that you can turn to the next time you are stressed. She will be drawing from Katherine Thompson’s book Christ Centered Mindfulness: Connection to Self and God but the reading is not required.
