Tuesday, March 1st, is Shrove or Fat Tuesday, and Redeemer will again celebrate by engaging with our Midtown neighbors with New Orleans-style music and snacks fit for the occasion from our Front Porch along Peachtree. Led by our Community Engagement Team, members will offer Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Coca-Colas, and Mardi Gras beads to neighbors and passersby from 4 pm – 6 pm.
Members are invited to join us in this outreach to our neighbors.
Our Prayer Wall will also be in place until Easter as we again invite the prayers of our neighbors which we will incorporate into our own prayer lives. Come and help us celebrate with our neighbors as we prepare for the season of Lent.
