There are many opportunities to volunteer your time at Redeemer. Much of our worship service is supported by volunteers, many working quietly behind the scenes at easy to learn, humble tasks. Our Small Group and Sunday School leaders are all volunteers; they receive training and support to grow both themselves and others in faith. Each week hundreds of meals are served free to the hungry from our basement food kitchen with volunteer help. And, of course, Redeemer offers many opportunities to volunteer in helping others outside the church such as Habitat House building, MLK Day of Service, mission trips, and other places where we actively engage with the community in Christ’s name.
The opportunities for giving your time in God’s service abound at Redeemer. Come share life!
Contact Jen Fuchs to volunteer for Sunday school, Maria Welsh to volunteer in the Lutheran Community Food Ministry, or Robin Durdin to be connected to a staff or lay person who will help you to find a way to serve that suits your gifts and schedule.
