A new program for parents whose children have recently been baptized or are about to be baptized will be offered12:30- 2:00pm on Sunday, April 13, in Rudisill Hall. A lunch will be offered and time to get to know other parents with children of similar age as well as discussion about the sacrament of Baptism will occur. Pastor Brian Goke will facilitate this program and look at several areas: (1) enabling families with new children, or families about to have children, to get to know one another and talk about common interests and concerns, (2) sharing resources about child-rearing, family life and faith development, (3) reflecting on the meaning of Baptism, reviewing the baptismal liturgy and working on ways to fulfill baptismal promises, and (4) sharing information about the future Faith Stepping Stones you will experience and opportunities your family will have to become engaged in Family Ministries at Redeemer. Additionally, we will present you will a special interactive gift that you will give to your child at the time of or after their baptism and is sure to be enjoyed by your family for years to come.  To RSVP, please contact Amber.
