Join us for Redeemer Day at the Ranch!
Saturday, April 27, 2013, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Sign in begins at 8:30 a.m.)
All Redeemer members and friends are invited to come up to the Goshen Valley Boys Ranch for a workday to help spruce up and get ready for Spring and Summer. Chick-fil-A biscuits, coffee & juice will be waiting for you upon arrival. We’ll have a short devotional, hear about the plan for the day, then split up into groups to plant the Victory Garden, do annual upkeep of Cameron & Elliot’s Garden, general landscaping at each of the 5 houses, fence repair and other tasks. There are jobs for all ages and abilities! Families are encouraged to participate together; though there will be childcare provided for the little ones (ages 4 years and up are encouraged to participate with their parents as they are able).
After our workday, lunch and more fabulous fellowship will be provided.
Volunteers are STRONGLY encouraged to bring SUNSCREEN, a hat and work gloves. If you can bring any gardening tools, saws, axes, and/or chainsaws, those would be very helpful as well. Bring a friend or two as well! Teens needing service hours for school are also welcome.
