Sunday Worship

You are welcome to worship with us at Redeemer on Sunday mornings. Whether attending our traditional services at 8:15 a.m. and 11 a.m., the more informal service featuring Jazz music at 9:45 a.m. or the contemporary House of the Rock Service at 6:22 p.m., visitors are warmly welcomed.

Worship is alive at Redeemer. Within our soaring neo-Gothic Sanctuary for morning worship and our casual and inviting House of the Rock evening atmosphere, we worship as a commitment to Christ in order to be equipped by God’s word and nourished at his table. We worship to celebrate his presence among us.

Sunday Service Times

8:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. Traditional liturgical services
9:45 a.m. Informal Jazz service
6:22 p.m. House of the Rock Worship

The lessons and sermon are the same at each of our morning Services. Holy Communion is celebrated at all worship services every Sunday of the month. Children are always welcome at all of our worship services and childcare is provided at our morning services.

House of the Rock launched its Sunday night worship gathering MARCH 6, 2011.  HOTR gathers at 6:22pm on Sunday nights for worship, then sends worshipers out throughout the week to serve in response to the Gospel.  The worship has an alternative style to it but is a Word and Sacrament gathering - sharing communion each week.

House of the Rock is an intentional gathering around becoming disciples of Jesus, carrying the message out rather than trying to create a mega-church.  We are an expectation church gathering around the intent to serve throughout the week.  It's time for the church to stop relying on fear to sell the gospel.  Rather, this is the moment where the church can BE the church, BE the change and BE the gospel.

Directions and Parking

Redeemer is located at 731 Peachtree Street, NE, in Atlanta, GA, between 3rd and 4th Streets, three blocks east of the I-75/I-85 expressway through the center of Atlanta. We are one block north of the Fox Theatre on the opposite side of Peachtree Street.

Free parking is available in our 4th Street parking lot at all times, and on Sunday mornings in the parking deck behind (to the east of) the Bank of America building, a short one-half block walk away. Enter the parking deck on 3rd Street, traveling east from Peachtree Street.

We can also be reached from the MARTA rail system. Take a northbound or southbound train to the N3 station at North Avenue, then exit the station at the north end, turn right on 3rd Street, go one block to Peachtree Street, and you'll see Redeemer on the left.
